Foundation, framing, MEP rough-ins, finish carpentry, custom cabinetry, and exterior tie-in.
Challenge
Adding 480 square feet without disrupting the original home's lines or daily life.
Solution
Sequenced the addition to keep the main house fully occupied, matched exterior finishes precisely, and ran a tight punch list.
