Challenge
An undersized galley kitchen that bottlenecked the rest of the main floor — and a tight occupancy schedule.
Solution
We re-planned the kitchen around a central island, coordinated three trades on overlapping schedules, and held weekly client decision sessions to keep selections ahead of construction.
Result
Delivered on schedule with a kitchen that now anchors the entire main floor and lifted the home's appraised value.
